If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. The Personal Data Protection Office offers you an even more flexible opportunity: sign up in the Case Management System where you can submit a complaint, follow the process of hearing your complaint and receive comprehensive information - all in one virtual space.

Issue N2 of Personal Data Protection Law Journal has been published

We are pleased to share with you the N2 edition of the Journal of Personal Data Protection Law.

The journal is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Personal Data Protection Supervisory Authority of Georgia.

The N2 edition of the Journal of Personal Data Protection Law begins with a welcome letter from the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili, who also serves as the President of the Personal Data Protection Service. She provides a comprehensive review of the key changes introduced by the new law, offering valuable insights into its implications and significance. In this publication, alongside other academic works, you will find a welcome letter from Leonardo Cervera Navas, the Secretary General of the European Data Protection Supervisor.

The purpose of the scientific journal is legal analysis of data protection issues and study of best practices. Also, promoting the process of harmonization of Georgian personal data protection law with internationally recognized standards and sharing the results of field research for those interested in the topic of data protection and the right to privacy.

The journal is published twice a year, in material and electronic form, in the form of two independent editions - Georgian and English.

In the near future, the submission of papers for the N3 edition of the journal will be announced.
