If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. The Cycle of Meetings of the Head of Personal Data Protection Service, Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili, and the First Deputy Head, Dr. Otar Chakhunashvili, Continues in Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region

The Head of Personal Data Protection Service, Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili and the First Deputy Head of the Service, Dr. Otar Chakhunashvili, continued the cycle of regional meetings in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region.

 

Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili and Dr. Otar Chakhunashvili met with the State Representative in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, Davit Nozadze, who was introduced to the main functions and activities of the Service.

 

Within the framework of the meeting, Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili emphasized the mandate of the Personal Data Protection Service, its functions as an independent supervisory authority, and the importance of close and coordinated cooperation with municipalities.

 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the State Representative, Mayors of Mtskheta, Dusheti, Tianeti, Kazbegi, and Akhalgori, the Chairmen of the city council and representatives of legal and administrative services of various municipalities.

 

The Head of the Public Sector Oversight Department of the Personal Data Protection Service, Ketevan Kratsashvili, and the Head of the Legal Department, Davit Karashvili, spoke about the challenges and practical issues related to personal data in municipalities. The meeting was held in an interactive mode.

 

Within the cycle of regional meetings, the Head of the Personal Data Protection Service, Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili and the First Deputy Head, Dr. Otar Chakhunashvili have already held meetings in Imereti and Samegrelo regions and the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

 

The Personal Data Protection Service plans an active continuation of the cycle of regional meetings in the future.
