If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. Statement of the State Inspector’s Service

On 6 November 2021, the Special Penitentiary Service disclosed photos and videos.
The video shows the third president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili, surrounded by medical staff. According to the statement of the Service, the video recording displays the fact that Mikheil Saakashvili took food and natural juices at different times and the photos show the products received by Mikheil Saakashvili.
The State Inspector’s Service started examination of lawfulness of obtaining and disclosing the above-mentioned photographs and videos.
In parallel with starting the inspection, the State Inspector's Service underlines the importance of protecting the privacy of the person being on hunger strike while deprived of his liberty. A person deprived of his or her liberty must have confidence in the institution and the medical personnel where he or she is placed and from whom he or she receives medical assistance. Otherwise, he may refrain from receiving medical care and providing important information to medical personnel that would endanger his life and health.
