The Personal Data Protection Inspector is attending the 41st T-PD meeting

Protection and processing of medical data, the use of personal data in the police sector, cooperation with other Council of Europe bodies- the 41st meeting of the bureau of the Consultative Committee of Convention 108 is taking place in Strasbourg.

Within the scope of the meeting the members discuss the issues of modernisation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. The members will further discuss the programme and draft agenda of the 34th Plenary meeting of the committee. The Personal Data Protection Inspector Tamar Kaldani participates in the T-PD meeting.

The Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector represents Georgia in T-PD bureau for the fourth year. Tamar Kaldani was unanimously elected as the member of the bureau in June 2016.
