On November 5, 2016, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector and the High School of Justice aimed at the development of joint educational events, training programmes, and their future popularization.

The cooperation agreement was signed by Deputy Inspector Nikoloz Bregvadze and Deputy Director of the High School of Justice Ketevan Kvinikadze.

The signing ceremony was held in Borjomi within the framework of the joint event, which aimed to develop further details on curriculums dealing with personal data protection.

The curriculums will be used by the High School of Justice within the framework of the Judges and Court Staff Training Programme.

Sitting judges-trainers are elaborating the curriculum, and based on this curriculum they will conduct trainings on personal data protection for judges and court staff.

The assistance of the office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector and High School of Justice are implemented by the UN and EU joint project “Human Rights for All”, which is jointly implemented by the four UN agencies – the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), and the International Labour Organization (ILO).
