A Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia and its Moldovan counterpart

On October 10, 2016, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia and the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova in Tbilisi, Georgia. The purpose of the agreement is to share experiences in the field of personal data protection, including the exchange of information and the support of the institutional development of the personal data protection system.

Tamar Kaldani, the Personal Data Protection Inspector, and the Director of the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova, Eduard Raducan, signed the agreement.

The National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova has been operating for eight years. Mr. Raducan visited the Inspector’s Office for one day in order to experience the working processes of the Office of the Perosnal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia. During this meeting, both parties shared their experiences with each other.
