3 Years of Activities of the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector

The activities of the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector have been increasing year by year.

Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector conducts inspections in order to monitor legitimacy of personal data processing in private organisations and public institutions. Inspections are carried out on the basis of citizens’ complaints and upon the initiative of the Inspector. The fact sheets of the 3 years of activities of the Inspector’s Office was prepared with the assistance of the EU in the framework of the programme “Human Rights for All,” which is jointly implemented by the four UN agencies – United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and International Labour Organization (ILO).
