If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. Memorandum of Cooperation on Personal Data Protection Related Issues was Concluded

With the initiative of the Commission of Education and Culture of the Tbilisi City Assembly, Memorandum of Cooperation between the Office of the Personal Data Protection Inspector, Tbilisi City Assembly, Tbilisi City Hall and Kindergarten Management Agency was concluded on March 14, 2016.

The document was signed by the Personal Data Protection Inspector, Mrs. Tamar Kaldani, Head of the Commission of Education and Culture of the Tbilisi City Assembly, Ms. Tamar Taliashvili, Deputy Mayor, Ms. Nino Khatiskatsi and Head of Kindergarten Management Agency, Mr. Temur Tordinava.

The Memorandum aims cooperation between the parties based on the principles of mutual understanding and respect in the sphere of personal data protection. In the framework of the Memorandum different teaching programs, activities and trainings on personal data protection for Artistic and pre-school educational institutions under the Tbilisi Municipality will be carried out.

For the establishment of high standards on data protection, it is important that processes of data processing by public and private organizations come into compliant with the legislation, especially if the matter concerns data of children and those underage – said the Personal Data Protection Inspector, Mrs. Tamar Kaldani after the signature of the Memorandum.

Parties expressed their readiness to organize joint meetings in the framework of the Memorandum.
