Trainings for prosecutors on data protection issues were conducted

Trainings of prosecutors on personal data protection issues, carried out jointly by the Office of Personal Data Protection Inspector and Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, were successfully completed. The trainings were cunducter by Mrs. Nata Mikeladze, Project Manager of the Office of Personal Data Protection Inspector.

Sessions addressed in details personal data protection issues which are linked to everyday activities of the Prosecutor’s Office, including grounds and principles of data processing, storage of data, video surveillance and processing of biometric data, data security and protection of confidentiality as well as disclosure of data.

Three trainings were carried out on personal data protection issues at the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.

The Office of Personal Data Protection Inspector carries out trainings for representatives of public and private bodies on a regular basis.
