“Doing No Harm in a Digital World” – Personal Data Protection Inspector is attending a workshop in Zagreb, Croatia

Convention 108 of the Council of Europe and new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union – workshop for the staff of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is taking place in Zagreb. The participants of the workshop gathered to discuss the topic: “Doing No Harm in a Digital World: Final Preparations for the EU GDPR”.

The event is held with the support of the ICRC Data Protection Office. Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia, Tamar Kaldani is attending the workshop as an expert. The Inspector will speak about the issues regulated under the Convention 108 of the Council of Europe and anticipated implications of General Data Protection Regulation on Georgia, as a non-EU member state.

The workshop is attended by the representatives of the ICRC from different countries and international experts.
