If you have information about a possible violation and you want to inform the Personal Data Protection Office, you can send us a notification via this page. To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, fill in just one mandatory field. You can send us notification via our mobile app too.

Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. The Personal Data Protection Office offers you an even more flexible opportunity: sign up in the Case Management System where you can submit a complaint, follow the process of hearing your complaint and receive comprehensive information - all in one virtual space.

Tamar Kaldani is attending T-PD Plenary Meeting

Modernised Convention 108 of the Council of Europe, processing of health-related data, artificial intelligence- the 37thPlenary Meeting of the Consultative Committee (T_PD) is taking place in Strasbourg. Tamar Kaldani, the Personal Data Protection Inspector of Georgia, is participating in the meeting.

Within the scope of the meeting, the participants the state of play with regards to signature, ratification and accession to the modernised Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Convention 108), as well as the implementation of evaluation and follow-up mechanism. The agenda of the meeting further comprise discussions about protection of health-related data. Artificial intelligence, law enforcement transborder access to data. The participants also discuss cooperation with other Council of Europe bodies and overview major developments and cooperation projects related to
The Council of Europe Convention 108 Consultative Committee is one of the leading platforms of international cooperation related to of personal data protection. The Inspector’s Office represents Georgia in the Committee for the fourth year. In June 2018, within the framework of the 34th Plenary Meeting, Tamar Kaldani was elected as first Vice Chair of the Bureau of the Consultative Committee (T-PD) of Convention 108.
