To do so, you must first fill in the notification field and provide us with as much details as possible about the content, place and time of violation as well as about the alleged offender. When you send us a notification it is preferable that you indicate your contact details, so that we can get in touch with you if needed. Submit a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are processed unawlfully and you want The Personal Data Protection Service to address the violation, you can submit a complaint to our office at the addres: #7 Vachnadze Str, Tbilisi, and also electronically. To submit an electronic complaint, you may download a complaint template, fill it out, sign it and send a scanned version to the address: office@pdps.ge. Statement of the Personal Data Protection Inspector on the so-called “Peoples Meters” Related Issue

Transparency International – Georgia, International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) and Media Development Foundation (MDF) on March 8, 2014 disseminated the statement on recording of the so-called “people meters” by the Revenue Service of Georgia within the scope of the inspection of the “TV MI Georgia”. Non-governmental organizations negatively assess the request of the Ministry of the family addresses where the equipment is located and call upon the Inspector to react on the mentioned case.

Personal Data Protection Inspector expresses the readiness within the scope of its competence to study the issue in details and provide consultations to the Revenue Service of Georgia, as well as the “TV MI Georgia”. Furthermore, as it is revealed from the news transmitted by TV Company “Rustavi 2” on March 9, 2014 the mentioned case along with the personal data protection involves the commercial and taxation secret related issues. Accordingly, the Personal Data Protection Inspector recommends the parties to address the Business Ombudsman as well.
